Order and delivery issues

Include the sender email, recipient name, shipping address, and a short description of the issue.

Viewer problems

If the postcard does not open correctly, include the postcard key or link and the phone/browser you used.

Production defects

If print quality or card content looks wrong, attach photos so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
