No. We print and ship worldwide, to any country your postal service delivers to, at one flat price. Zurich is where we are based, not where the service ends.
How much does it cost?
Every personal AR postcard costs $4.00 worldwide. It is a one-time payment for print, shipping, video delivery, and AR magic with no subscription or ongoing fees. Business campaigns are quoted separately.
How long does delivery take?
We ship worldwide, and delivery time depends on the destination. Most countries take several business days depending on customs and the local postal network. Some routes, for example the UK and Ireland, are usually a bit faster.
What if there is a production or delivery issue?
Contact support with your order details, the postcard key if available, and photos if the printed card arrived damaged or incorrect. We use that information to investigate and resolve the issue.
