Address quality
Postal delivery depends on complete and accurate sender and recipient details. Double-check names, street information, and postal codes before payment.
Changes, defects, and failed delivery
ARVideoCards prints personalized items on demand. Once a card has moved into production, address or content changes may no longer be possible.
If a printed card arrives damaged, contains a production error, or you believe a shipment failed because of a service-side issue, contact support with the order details and any helpful photos.
