This policy explains how ARVideoCards processes personal data when you create, send, receive, and view augmented reality video postcards.
Who controls the service
ARVideoCards is operated by réalité Suisse GmbH, Habsburgstrasse 31, 8037 Zürich, Switzerland. Privacy questions can be sent to info@arvideocards.app.
What data is processed
The service may process account details, uploaded videos, selected image frames, printed message content, sender and recipient postal details, payment-related metadata, and anonymous AR viewer measurements. Viewer measurements include a random per-tab session ID, event times, the accessed card, marker and video milestones, CTA interactions, browser/device/operating-system categories, language, timezone, viewport, connection category, and referring host. We do not store the viewer's IP address, raw user-agent string, precise GPS location, or a persistent cross-session visitor ID in campaign analytics.
Why the data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, create postcards, process payments, print and ship orders, provide viewer access, report aggregate and per-card campaign performance, support customers, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
Service providers
The application uses infrastructure and service providers for hosting, storage, authentication, database services, payments, analytics, and delivery-related operations.
Retention and access
Data may be kept for as long as necessary to provide the service, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain reasonable transaction records.
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to operational and legal limits.

We process only the information needed to operate ARVideoCards, print and deliver postcards, enable browser-based viewing, and maintain security and fraud prevention.
