These terms describe the rules for using ARVideoCards, operated by réalité Suisse GmbH, including account use, user content, production, payment, and delivery expectations.
Service scope
ARVideoCards lets users create printed postcards linked to a browser-based video experience. The service may change as the product evolves.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users are responsible for the accuracy of account details, postal addresses, and uploaded content. Illegal, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent content is not permitted.
Orders and personalized production
Orders are personalized and produced on demand. Once a card enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Payments and delivery
Prices and delivery estimates are described on public pricing and shipping pages. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by postal networks, customs, or incorrect address data.
Intellectual property
Users keep rights in their own content but must have the right to upload and share it. The service, site copy, design, and software remain protected by the operator and its licensors.
Liability and review
The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, ARVideoCards is not liable for indirect losses, delivery delays caused by postal networks, or issues caused by inaccurate user-provided data.
