What data is processed
The service may process account details, uploaded videos, selected image frames, printed message content, sender and recipient postal details, viewer access data, and payment-related metadata.
Why the data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, create postcards, process payments, print and ship orders, provide viewer access, support customers, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.
Service providers
The application code indicates the use of infrastructure and service providers such as hosting and storage providers, payment processing through Stripe, authentication and database infrastructure, and analytics tooling.
Retention and access
Data may be kept for as long as necessary to provide the service, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain reasonable records of transactions and support.
